Why do men cheat and have extramarital sexual affairs?

Have you ever wondered why married men cheat and seek extramarital sexual affairs?

Men like your husband…Like my awesome soldier.

How would you feel if you find out by accident that your loving husband jumped into a lady’s skirt or do I say bed?

You would wonder, why he would ever “decide” to do that to you, Right???

When men commit adultery, their partners feel so betrayed and wonder why they would ever “decide” to do that.

SO my dear, have you been wondering why your husband who loved you cheated?

Hmmm…Well…You’re about to find out.

Men probably already know all the reasons therefore, I asked some of my male friends ( civilians and military) and you’ll be totally, totally shocked at their response.

Historical background can influence men to cheat. I think a man who grew up in a polygamous family will not see anything wrong with having extramarital affairs. Some men even make reference to King Solomon who was notorious for his many wives and countless concubines yet he was the wisest king that ever lived.

My wife feels lovemaking is a chore. This has pushed me to look for other women who can satisfy me and that’s why I cheat.

Women are naturally beautiful thus men find them irresistible. Inability to control one’s sexual urge is a contributing factor to cheating in relationships.

Haha Haha…I don’t see any reason why men or women should cheat on each other. I think people who engage in such, do it for personal reasons. For instance, I have seen a rich man’s wife who cheats with their gateman and also men who cheat with their housemaids. But, I really don’t think there’s any legal reason for men to cheat in relationships.

Because some men don’t cherish what they have at home. They are not contented so they become womanizers.

Some women make living so difficult for their husbands that they prefer to find succor elsewhere. The attitude and character of one’s partner matter a lot in every relationship.

Well, the three main contributing factors are;

1. Pornography – I believe pornography is dangerous to marriages and has clearly been demonstrated to be a “gateway” for men to be promiscuous. Oftentimes, men see “sex styles” that they would love to explore but aren’t comfortable trying it with their wives. This makes such men run after ladies outside to have a feel of it. Just like when we were kids that we would keep our bicycles and hire bicycles that we would ride in the mud.
2. Absence due to distance between spouses– Absence allows a spouse to have an affair with little risk of being caught. Soldiers and businessmen who travel a lot are mostly the ones in this infidelity class.
3. Aging– This is also a common reason why men cheat on their spouses. Men love to have affairs with younger ladies, sometimes their daughter’s age-mates. They claim they need to taste younger blood to look younger which I don’t think has been proven anywhere.

There’s this negative saying that says, “Men are polygamous in nature “. Some negative persons use that negative saying as their justification to cheat on their partners.

Again, a lot of men seek pleasure from other ladies because their partners no longer take care of their bodies and appearance. Some men also cheat as a result of influence from the people they hang around with, the environment they live in, or hang around.

Lastly, most ladies don’t satisfy their partners sexually and so such partners tend to explore other options. They go after other ladies to gain sexual satisfaction.

Men cheat when they don’t have the fear of God in them. Most men cheat for several reasons in relationships. For instance;

• Men cheat when their spouse is not respectful.
• The majority of men who cheat do so because they lack love from their spouses.
• A good number of men cheat because their spouses nag and fight them all the time.
• Some men cheat because their spouses don’t take good care of their bodies anymore. As I said, there are several reasons but I have to stop here for now.

Some men cheat because they want to have a taste of other foods. According to such men, “Variety is the spice of life”. Thus, they make it a point of duty to taste different shapes of women.

Well, men who cheat on their partners may have their reasons but I really don’t think there’s anything, anyone can use to justify cheating on his or her partner.

We’ve all read their comments, is there any point mentioned by the men that you can relate with? As for me, there’s no justification for both or either spouses to engage in extramarital affairs.

If there’s an issue, couples should work as a team to resolve it. That’s just my take on this matter because cheating leads to unhealthy relationships and broken homes.
